How do I find races?
Open the app and use the AI Search or Browse Races feature. You can search using natural language, such as:
"Find a marathon near Da Nang next month"
"Show beginner-friendly trail races"
You can also filter races by location, distance, date, terrain, and more.
How do AI recommendations work?
VNRunner uses your profile preferences, favorite races, search history, and activity within the app to recommend races that best match your interests.
The more you use VNRunner, the smarter your recommendations become.
How do I save a race?
On any race detail page, tap the Interested, Registered, Completed button to add the race to your favorites.
Saved races can be viewed from the Saved section.
How do I update my profile?
Go to:
Profile → Settings
You can update:
Preferred race distances
Preferred terrain
Running experience
Language
Notification preferences
How do I change the language?
VNRunner supports both English and Vietnamese.
Go to:
Profile → Settings → Language
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app.
Go to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
