Delete Account Guideline

At VNRunner, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your account at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

If you have access to your account, you can permanently delete it directly from the VNRunner app.

1. Open the VNRunner app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Go to Profile.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Read the confirmation message carefully.

6. Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your account is deleted:

• Your profile will be permanently removed.

• Your saved races, favorites, preferences, and activity history will be deleted.

• Your AI recommendations and personalized settings will be removed.

• You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.

• This action cannot be undone.

Data We May Retain

To comply with applicable laws and protect our services, we may retain certain information for a limited period, including:

• Security and fraud prevention logs

• Legal compliance records

• Transaction records (if applicable)

These records are retained only when required by law or for legitimate business purposes and are not used to identify you after your account has been deleted.
